Lynn McCann – Ms. Lynn is your service manager. Lynn has been working with Veterans since the Homemaker Program first became available in this area. Lynn will work tirelessly to make sure that you get all of the services that you need to keep you independent in the comfort of your own home. Lynn has worked with Veterans from all over the state of Louisiana. Lynn has a great reputation for being compassionate and professional and is considered top notch in her field by the Veteran’s Administration.
Esther A. Marshall – Ms. Esther is our Executive Director/Vice President. Esther has been working in this industry for over decade. She has been a champion for the elderly and disabled in CENLA for more than 10 years and serves on several boards and associations that advocate for disabled and veteran rights. She is relentless in ensuring that her clients have the best possible care. Her company is known for it’s family-like atmosphere where her door is always open to both clients as well as employees.
David G. Marshall – David is our billing director and President. David comes from a long line of military veterans that have served in both world wars as well as Korea and Vietnam. He has a diverse background in information technology and holds a degree in Computer Science. He has more than 20 years of experience in the billing industry and helped develop the software used in VA Hospitals across the country.
Sarah Norwood – Administrative Assistant. Sarah is a people person that has enjoyed working with our veterans for several years. Always helpful and courteous when answering your phone calls, Sarah is willing to help you with any questions or problems you may have regarding your care or our services. With a friendly demeanor and positive attitude, she loves her job and will always ensure that your visit to Americare is an enjoyable one!
