It is the policy of Accessible Healthcare Solutions (AHS) that employees have an opportunity to present their work-related complaints and to appeal management decisions through a dispute resolution procedure. AHS will attempt to resolve promptly all disputes that are appropriate for handling under this policy. Please follow the employee grievance procedure (See Employee Handbook, Page 13, Section 2.8). FALSE REPORTING OF TIME IS FRAUD
Turning in a timesheet or documentation with hours of services not actually provided to Medicaid recipients is a crime

Recipients (Clients) that sign a timesheet or documentation for hours that were not actually worked are guilty too.

Medicaid fraud is a crime that steals taxpayer money and robs vulnerable people of care

IMPORTANT REMINDER
TIMESHEETS SUBMITTED WITH MISTAKES OR WITHOUT PROPER SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION CANNOT BE PROCESSED FOR PAYMENT.
